REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?
If you live within our practice area, please contact the surgery for registration information. Or, in the case of a new baby, bring the card you were issued when registering the baby's birth. If you do not have a card our reception staff will explain what other documents you need. To complete your registration you will be booked in for a health check. Once you are registered you can see any of the doctors or nurses in the practice. However, you may prefer to see one particular GP (in some cases you may be advised to see the same GP).
